HOW IT ALL BEGAN
It started when I spoke an idea out loud, and a community surrounded me with the encouragement, “Go for it!” That was the beginning of this journey. I co-founded EnPak over 13 years ago to use my talents to create jobs in our community. How? By providing medical device companies with a responsive and reliable solution for inventory that required relabeling/repackaging.

It has been an incredible journey, probably the most challenging endeavor of my life! It would not have been possible without my incredible team. Most of them have been with me for over 10 years!
We have expanded our services to include all of the operations support services needed for a start-up. We are proud to say that 70% of our customers are small businesses, and we provide all of the back-end support for 70% of them.
WHAT’s NEXT?
We are blessed to live in Warsaw Indiana, the Orthopedic Capital of the World® . Home to global medical device leaders like DePuy Synthes, Zimmer Biomet, and Paragon Medical, to name a few. With the recent $30 million dollar investment from the State of Indiana to strengthen the local orthopedic industry; and the Plug and Play announcement that they are opening their newest office in Warsaw, focused on the rapidly growing medtech industry, Northeast Indiana is poised to become the MedTech Capital of the World.
My Vision is that EnPak will play a key role in making that happen. We will:
- Expand our alliances across service providers to serve as a HUB for connecting start-ups to the service providers they need.
- Continue to expand our Operations Support Services. Stay tuned for an announcement about a new partnership.
- Share industry information, lessons learned, and tips from experts.
